1. In-Stock Orders (Direct Dispatch)

For products currently available in our warehouses, we ensure a swift and secure fulfillment process:

• Order & Document Verification: After you place an order, we will submit the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for your preliminary review.

• Dispatch & Tracking: Upon your confirmation of the documents, your cargo is dispatched directly via DHL or FedEx. A tracking number is provided immediately to ensure full visibility of your shipment.

2. Custom Synthesis (Rare Reagents)

For specialized compounds requiring custom production, we follow a strict quality-controlled protocol:

• Initiation: Once your custom order is confirmed, our technical team initiates the targeted synthesis process.

• Production & QC Review: Upon completion, we provide comprehensive analytical reports—including NMR, MS, or HPLC spectra—alongside the final COA for your evaluation.

• Final Dispatch: After you review and approve the QC data, the custom compound is securely packaged and dispatched within 7 working days.
